Job description

Acrisure Mortgage is seeking a highly creative and strategically minded Creative Marketing Manager to help define how our brand looks, sounds, and shows up in the market.

This role will serve as the creative lead behind our marketing campaigns, social media content, brand initiatives, advertising, events, and other customer-facing communications. Rather than functioning primarily as a graphic designer, the Creative Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing creative concepts, establishing the look and feel of campaigns, writing and shaping messaging, and directing the production of creative content.

This person should be equally comfortable brainstorming a campaign concept, writing a social media script, developing a creative brief, directing a video shoot, reviewing design concepts, and explaining how an idea should come to life across multiple channels.

The role is intended to grow into a broader Creative Director position as our marketing organization and creative capabilities continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities --

Creative Direction & Brand Vision

· Help define and evolve the overall creative direction of the brand.

· Establish the visual style, tone, messaging, and creative approach for major marketing initiatives.

· Translate business and marketing objectives into compelling creative concepts.

· Develop campaign themes, creative platforms, messaging frameworks, and storytelling approaches.

· Ensure creative work consistently reflects the personality, positioning, and standards of the brand.

· Provide clear creative direction to internal team members, designers, photographers, videographers, agencies, and other creative partners.

· Review creative work and provide constructive feedback to ensure final materials meet the intended vision.

Campaign Development

· Lead the creative concepting process for marketing campaigns from initial idea through execution.

· Develop campaign concepts that can extend across social media, digital advertising, email, websites, print, events, sales materials, and other channels.

· Partner with marketing leadership to determine how campaigns should look, sound, and feel.

· Create creative briefs that clearly communicate campaign objectives, audience, messaging, visual direction, and desired outcomes.

· Ensure individual creative pieces work together as part of a cohesive campaign rather than as standalone materials.

Social Media & Content Direction

· Develop concepts and creative direction for social media content.

· Help establish the voice, personality, and visual identity of our social media presence.

· Write and develop scripts, concepts, captions, hooks, talking points, and content ideas for social platforms.

· Plan and direct social media photo and video shoots.

· Develop shot lists, scripts, storyboards, interview questions, and production concepts when appropriate.

· Direct employees, executives, partners, or talent appearing in marketing content to achieve the desired tone and delivery.

· Work with videographers, photographers, editors, designers, and social media resources to bring concepts to life.

· Identify opportunities to create timely, relevant, entertaining, educational, or engaging content around the business and industry.

· Stay current on social media trends, formats, platform behavior, and emerging content styles without allowing trends to override the integrity of the brand.

Copywriting & Storytelling

· Develop messaging and copy for marketing campaigns and creative initiatives.

· Write or provide direction for social posts, video scripts, advertisements, headlines, campaign messaging, landing pages, email content, presentations, and other marketing communications.

· Turn complex business concepts into simple, engaging stories.
