This role is ideal for an exceptional writer, storyteller, editor, and communications professional who understands how to translate complex business activities into compelling narratives that engage clients, prospects, employees, brokers, investors, and industry influencers.

Develop and execute internal and external communications strategies that strengthen brand awareness, employee engagement, market presence, and business development efforts

Serve as a steward of the Friedman brand voice, ensuring consistency across all communications channels and business lines

Create messaging frameworks and communications strategies that support company growth initiatives, acquisitions, leadership announcements, major assignments, service launches, and strategic initiatives

Partner closely with executive leadership to communicate company vision, accomplishments, culture, and market positioning

  • Company growth initiatives
  • Community involvement

Transform business activity into compelling content that supports both brand awareness and revenue generation

Conduct interviews with executives, brokers, property managers, construction leaders, lenders, and clients to uncover stories worth telling

Write and edit high-quality content across multiple formats, including:

The Ideal Candidate

You are a natural storyteller who knows how to uncover the stories others overlook.

You enjoy interviewing business leaders, asking thoughtful questions, uncovering insights, and turning information into content that informs, inspires, and drives action.

You can walk into a brokerage meeting, a construction project update, a leadership strategy session, or a property management review and quickly identify the stories that matter most to clients, prospects, employees, and the marketplace.

You are equally comfortable writing a press release, drafting an executive speech, developing a thought leadership article, creating a case study, or producing content for a company-wide communication.

You understand that great business storytelling is not just about writing—it is about helping people understand value, build trust, strengthen relationships, and drive growth.

Most importantly, you know how to combine human creativity with emerging AI tools to create communications programs that are both scalable and highly impactful.
