Your mission: keep computers performing at their best through careful testing, swift troubleshooting, and dependable repairs. You’ll collaborate closely with teammates to meet production and quality targets while documenting each step for traceability.

Imagine Your First Week

You’ll cycle through a queue of desktops and laptops: validate hardware, update what’s needed, diagnose issues, repair faults, and confirm results. One moment you’re swapping RAM; the next, you’re navigating BIOS to optimize settings. Throughout, you’ll maintain accurate inventory counts and apply quality checks so nothing gets missed.

Your Impact
  • Testing, updating, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing high volumes of hardware
  • Removing/adding RAM to meet configuration requirements
  • Navigating BIOS on laptops and desktops
  • Taking stock and inventory of hardware and parts
  • Applying inventory control and quality control practices
  • Producing clear documentation
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Comfort following written and verbal instructions
  • Strong organization and efficient problem-solving
  • Knowledge of electronic parts, including understanding and sourcing
  • Familiarity with All-In-One computers is helpful
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Schedule & Compensation
  • Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
  • Plus overtime as needed
  • $18/hr
