This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong teams, improving operations, creating scalable processes, and solving complex challenges. You’ll work closely with ownership and executive leadership and have a meaningful voice in how the portfolio operates and grows.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead day‑to‑day operations across a portfolio of office, retail, and mixed‑use properties
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high‑performing commercial property management team
  • Establish consistent operating standards, policies, and best practices
  • Oversee annual budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, and capital planning
  • Drive operational efficiencies and NOI improvement
  • Develop KPIs and reporting tools to measure portfolio performance
  • Identify opportunities to use technology, AI, and automation to improve operations
  • Oversee capital projects, vendor relationships, contracts, and operational risk
  • Build strong tenant relationships and resolve complex operational issues
  • Participate in acquisition due diligence and the transition of newly acquired properties
  • Partner with ownership on leasing strategies, redevelopment initiatives, and opportunities to enhance asset value
  • Build scalable systems and processes that support continued portfolio growth
What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years of commercial property management experience with office, retail, and/or mixed‑use properties
  • 5+ years leading multi‑property teams and commercial portfolios
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, capital planning, and NOI management
  • Understanding of commercial real estate investment principles and asset performance
  • Proven success improving operations, implementing best practices, and developing teams
  • Experience overseeing capital projects, vendors, tenant relationships, and operational risk
  • Entrepreneurial, solutions‑oriented mindset
  • Engineering degree is a plus, but not required
  • CPM, RPA, FMA, or similar designation is a plus
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Stamford, Connecticut, with the ability to travel throughout the portfolio
  • Additional compensation opportunities tied to long‑term portfolio performance and strategic objectives
  • Competitive benefits package
  • Paid time off
  • Professional growth and advancement opportunities
Why This Opportunity?

This isn’t a role where you’ll simply maintain an established playbook. You’ll have the opportunity to help build it.

Working directly with ownership and executive leadership, you’ll lead a growing commercial portfolio, develop your team, improve systems and processes, and help shape how the property management organization evolves.

If you’re an experienced commercial property management leader who thinks like an owner, takes initiative, develops great teams, and is always looking for a better way to operate, we’d like to hear from you.
