Job Summary:
Leads a cross-capability teams to deliver and sell solid thinking and powerful ideas that meet client objectives.
Responsibilities:
  • Leads cross-capability teams to deliver and sells solid thinking and powerful ideas that meet client objectives.
  • Serves as the trusted voice of the consumer by assimilating customer and marketplace insights into the development of CPGA, performance and media campaigns.
  • Plays a primary role in orchestrating materials development for new-opportunity pitches (both on current and potential clients).
  • Develops team members by coaching, training and identifying areas for growth.
  • Partners with Senior Leadership to set goals and plan for future fiscal years.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of work-related experience, coaching and developing people in an environment focused on service quality and operations.
  • Prior experience managing client service teams
  • Ability to organize, manage and prioritize work of the client service team
  • Excellent communicator
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade/Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required. Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management or related field preferred. Master's Degree preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal. Speak, type and/or sit for extended periods of time.
