Job description

Speech Language Pathologist

Seeking qualified speech language pathologist for federal government contract position in the Federal Correctional Medical Center located in Rochester, Minnesota.

The contractor in this role will perform speech language pathology services to include screening, formal evaluations, and treatment for speech, swallowing, language, voice and cognitive-communication disorders. The contractor shall complete swallow evaluations such as Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES). The contractor will work with a great deal of independence, receiving guidance from the Clinical Director, Health Service Administrator, and Rehab Services Director.

This assignment will begin June 1st and will be part-time, 8 days a month, weekdays only, between 7:30 am - 4pm, working with the inmates/patients in the medical center.

This is a five year contract with competitive pay and annual pay increases. Must pass drug screen and criminal background check.
