Job description

Administrative Assistant for Brain Health Network

The Administrative Assistant for the Brain Health Network serves as a primary resource for departmental office coordination and administrative support. The role will focus on supporting day-to-day operational functions, operational coordination activities, patient communication/assistance, and office administration needs. To demonstrate commitment to conduction business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures and regulations.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities- Excellent writing and editing skills. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft365. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and maintain confidentiality. - Required to conduct business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications- Prefer at least 3 years combined direct experience in administrative coordination, office administration, personnel coordination, customer service, and/or operational support functions.
