Dein BeitragIn dieser anspruchsvollen und wichtigen Funktion bist du für die zielgruppengerechte Erstellung, Verwaltung und den Unterhalt der technischen Dokumente für die bei Tecan hergestellten Produkte für Endbenutzer, Service- und Produktions-Mitarbeitende verantwortlich.
- Erstellen von Benutzerdokumentationen (vorwiegend in Englisch) wie Operating-, Service- und Software-Manuals
- Erstellen von Montageanleitungen und Prüfanweisungen für die Herstellung von Produkten
- Zielgruppengerechte Inhaltserstellung und -pflege im XML-basierten CMS (Schema ST4) und in der DTP-Anwendung (Adobe FrameMaker)
- Einhalten und Umsetzen von regulatorischen Anforderungen
- Implementieren dokumentationsrelevanter Inhalte aus der Risikoanalyse
- Produktfotografie und Bildbearbeitung
- Erstellen von technischen Illustrationen aus 2D- und 3D-Daten
- Erstellen oder Redigieren von Texten in Englisch und Deutsch
- Koordinieren von Übersetzungsaufträgen und Terminologiemanagement
Wir suchen nach Menschen, die ihre Leidenschaft und ihr Talent bei uns umsetzen.
- Du bist eine sprachaffine und exakte Person und hast grossen Spass daran, unterschiedliche Anleitungen zu aktualisieren/erstellen.
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Technischer Redakteur oder über ein Studium der Technischen Redaktion samt Berufserfahrung.
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den gängigen DTP-, Illustrations- und Bildbearbeitungstools (FrameMaker, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Schema ST4.
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit einer gängigen 3D-Illustrations-Software (Creo Illustrate, 3DViaComposer oder vergleichbare Software).
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- (C1 min.) und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Du kannst andere miteinbeziehen, um zu den notwendigen Informationen zu gelangen.
- Du kannst relevante Informationen herausfiltern und eine zielgruppengerechte Dokumentation aufbereiten, welche regulatorische und firmenspezifische Anforderungen erfüllt.
