Salary Range: $60,000 to $75,000 Annually

Job Description:

Bertera Chevrolet is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Auto Body Shop Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional automotive body repair services. As an Auto Body Shop Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure the highest quality in repair work, and promote a positive team environment. Your leadership will contribute to sustaining the reputation of Bertera Chevrolet for excellence in customer service and professional integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

    • anage daily operations of the auto body shop, including workflow, staffing, and scheduling.

    • upervise and motivate a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance and support to maintain high morale and productivity.
