Field Representative (Spanish-Speaking)

Territory: Riverside County, Orange County & Irvine, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-6:00 PM PST

Are you a people person who enjoys networking, meeting new clients, and building lasting business relationships? We're looking for an energetic and results-drivenField Representative to help expand our presence throughout Southern California.


In this role, you'll be the face of our firm-connecting with medical providers, body shops, and community partners while introducing our services to potential clients. If you enjoy working independently, being out in the field, and making a direct impact on business growth, we'd love to meet you.


What You'll Do

Drive Business Growth

  • Build relationships with body shops, medical clinics, and other referral partners.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and community outreach.
  • Promote the firm's services and educate partners on how we can help their clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales and business development goals.

Build Strong Partnerships

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with referral partners and key accounts.
  • Serve as a trusted resource and primary point of contact for your assigned territory.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by responding promptly to partner inquiries and concerns.
  • Strengthen existing partnerships while expanding your professional network.

Represent Our Brand

  • Travel throughout your assigned territory to meet clients and referral partners.
  • Attend networking events, community functions, and industry gatherings.
  • Represent the firm with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
  • Increase brand awareness and create new opportunities within the local community.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor local market trends and competitor activity.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and provide valuable market insights.
  • Prepare regular activity, sales, and territory reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve client experience and business strategies.


What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • Valid California Driver's License.
  • Reliable personal vehicle with the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, community outreach, or relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional, confident, and customer-focused.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in legal services, personal injury, healthcare, insurance, or related industries.
  • Existing relationships with medical providers, auto body shops, chiropractors, or community organizations are a plus.
  • Experience working in a field-based sales or business development role.
