What You’ll Be Working OnClient Partnership & Project Delivery

You'll build trusting relationships with executive stakeholders, including directors, VPs, and C-level executives.
You'll understand our clients' business objectives, technology landscape, and transformation priorities.
You'll lead and support consulting teams in the successful implementation of complex, multi-phase transformation programs.
You'll achieve measurable business results in areas such as cloud migration, platform modernization, and enterprise toolchain transformation.
You'll ensure high client satisfaction while identifying opportunities to further expand long-term partnerships.

Technology & Transformation

You advise clients on improving their software delivery, leveraging your strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Developer Experience (DevEx), agile delivery, DevOps, and modern engineering practices.
You'll support clients with migration readiness assessments, architectural decisions, and planning for cloud transitions.
You'll stay up to date on Atlassian innovations, cloud-native technologies, AI trends, and new software engineering practices.
You'll translate complex technical topics into clear business recommendations for executive audiences.
You'll drive the practical adoption of AI by understanding new AI capabilities, enterprise use cases, and their impact on software delivery and business transformation.

Consultative-Led Selling & Business Development

You'll work closely with the sales teams throughout the entire sales lifecycle, from qualification and executive discovery through proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
You lead consultative discovery sessions to uncover business challenges and identify opportunities for transformation.
You develop compelling statements of work, business cases, and executive proposals with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
You define and implement account growth strategies through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account development.
You apply structured qualification methods such as MEDDPICC to maximize win rates.
You contribute commercial and technical expertise in solution scoping, pricing, and risk management.

Solution Design & Value Creation

You develop transformation roadmaps aligned with clients' business goals.
You collaborate with internal practices, including AI, Cloud, ITSM, Agile at Scale, and Developer Experience.
You translate business and technical requirements into compelling value propositions.
You develop reusable frameworks, methods, and accelerators that strengthen Valiantys' consulting offering.

Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

You act as a mentor and sparring partner for consultants at all levels and contribute to knowledge building, competency development, and team performance.
You share market information, client insights, and delivery learnings internally to further develop our offering and delivery practices.
You foster a culture of continuous improvement, professionalism, and customer focus within the UKI Consulting team.

Essential Experience & Skills

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise transformation.
• Proven experience leading enterprise cloud migration or technology modernization programs.
• Proven experience in enterprise sales, consultative selling, and business development, with the ability to identify opportunities, build business cases, and convert advisory engagements into revenue.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments, including cloud platforms such as Atlassian Cloud and AWS, DevOps toolchains, and ITSM and PPPM disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, CI/CD, developer experience, and modern software engineering practices.
• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), generative AI, and AI-assisted software development, as well as the ability to explain their business value and practical enterprise applications.
• Excellent skills in executive stakeholder management and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Proven success in managing and expanding strategic customer accounts.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, presentation, and workshop skills.
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• You are fluent in German and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with the Atlassian ecosystem, such as Jira, Confluence, or Jira Service Management.
• MEDDPICC or a comparable sales qualification methodology.
• Experience with Agile at Scale, such as SAFe, LeSS, or comparable frameworks.
• Experience with managed services or long-term customer success engagements.
• Relevant certifications, such as Atlassian, AWS, ITIL, SAFe, PMP, or cloud certifications.
• Experience helping organizations define or implement AI strategies based on measurable customer outcomes and business use cases.

Location & Work Model

This position is based in Germany.
We are open to remote work within Germany, with regular travel to customer sites.
Occasional travel within the EMEA region may also be required.
