Job Description
Omnicom Health Market Access (OHMA) is seeking a Director, Analytics to join the recently formed Digital & Analytics team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and should thrive in a consultative role. In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the market access ecosystem are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of our existing analytics products
Analyze a wide range of datasets to inform our clients' market access strategy and be able to connect the dots between data and business objectives
Design and build static visualizations as well as interactive dashboards for data analysis
Find opportunities to leverage emerging analytics capabilities including predictive models and AI as we expand our product offering
Advance our data and analytics ecosystem as well as best practices
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing and/or strategy consulting in pharmaceuticals/healthcare or pharmaceutical advertising agency experience
5+ years of experience writing R or Python (ability to use both required)
5+ years of experience using SQL and modeling data
2+ years of experience building visualizations in a tool like Tableau or Power BI
Experience working with at least two datasets used for market access analysis such as payer claims and drug coverage (MMIT, Clarivate, IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo, etc.)
Experience building data pipelines on AWS or Azure
Process-oriented with great documentation skills
Strong presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Veeva CLM
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Experience working with LLM models or technical understanding of AI products$150,000 - $160,000
