Accuswift Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner. We deliver Amazons packages to their customers. We are looking forReliable, Highly-motivated, Hard Working, and Customer-focusedDelivery Driver Helpers to join our team.Our Driver Helpers are important assets to the company and all are treated as such!

Delivery Driver Helpers ride-along with the Delivery Drivers and are responsible for assisting the drivers with delivering large and small packages to homes, businesses, and apartments. Driver Helpers are given uniforms and a device to deliver packages. Helpers will not be driving company vehicles.

This job is for motivated individuals who work well with a partner and team.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $18/hour

  • Paid Overtime
  • Accrued Paid Time Off/Vacation Days:10-15 days

General Responsibilities

  • Report to the distribution facilityon time every scheduled shift
  • Receive route assignment paired with a Delivery Driver
  • Assist with delivering 250+ packages on the route
  • Follow strict safety driving rules and regulations
  • Follow customer delivery instructions
  • Help teammates as directed by Management
  • Debrief with the Manager
  • Perform Post trip inspection on the Amazon van

Job Requirements

  • Must work at a quick pace
  • Must work well with a partner and general team
  • Able to be on feet up to 8-10 hours per day
  • No restrictions on walking lifting, bending capabilities
  • Must be capable of operating a Smartphone/ GPS device
  • Must be able to work on weekends
  • Must be willing to work in all weather conditions
  • Must consent to background check
  • Must consent to drug test(No Testing for Marijuana)
  • No experience is needed, however Driver Helper will be fully trained and must quickly catch on to the job responsibilities
  • Must have excellent attendance
  • Must be minimum 19 years old
  • Able to lift packages up to 50 lbs with no assistance
  • Ability to get in and out of step van
