WHAT IS THE JOB?

The Allocation Analyst drives operational excellence through the strategic execution of initial and replenishment inventory allocations across both retail stores and e-commerce channels. This role is responsible for analyzing sales performance, monitoring stock levels, and evaluating inventory strategies to ensure optimal product availability and efficiency. The Analyst proactively identifies trends and responds with data-driven adjustments to support business objectives. This position reports to the Director of Planning and is classified as a full-time, exempt role.

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Focus on in-season management of inventory levels in each store location to maximize sales
  • Plan store-level stock optimization with execution of initial allocations, store replenishment and maintenance of ideal model stock
  • Conduct monthly and seasonal inventory consolidations based on performance and demand
  • Manage basic stock & evergreen replenishment and allocations adjusting parameters to prevent overstock or out-of-stock situation
  • Manage end-of-season pull-backs
  • Participate in weekly Merch team calls with all stores and react and execute accordingly
  • Support store requests with localized inventory needs
  • Support seasonal hindsight with focus on store performance and opportunities to optimize inventory
