Serve as an expert and educator to the broader organization around AI regulation and best practices for the responsible development of products and safe deployment of solutions to end users.
Drive the development and deployment of related training to technology and business users throughout the organization.
Keep abreast of emerging industry trends, public expectations, and the legal and regulatory landscape as it relates to the use of AI solutions.
Oversee risk management related to AI initiatives; escalate issues to senior management when appropriate; raise business risks associated with AI to senior management in technology and business stakeholders.
Build and manage the governance team, helping to support the team's growth and removing obstacles as necessary.
Ensure the team continuously identifies, assesses, measures, and monitors the value of the program and iterates to increase effectiveness.
Lead a team in support of achieving the company's mission. Manage performance and foster an inclusive environment to help associates achieve their potential.
Minimum Qualifications

10 years of experience serving as a cross-functional leader in a software-focused organization, with substantial exposure to policy and regulatory matters, such as data privacy, AI, or cybersecurity
5 years of direct team leadership experience leading technical or project teams and directing and/or influencing teams on emerging technologies (preferably AI), and their potential ethical, legal, and safety challenges
Preferred Skills/Education
