  • Identify high-value opportunities for Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, and intelligent workflows across the enterprise.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to technology and business leaders, helping teams understand AI capabilities and prioritize investments.
  • Drive organizational change management by building excitement, adoption, and confidence around AI across technical and non-technical teams.
  • You will lead a team of product managers and software engineers/forward deployed engineers who should partner with business teams and build agentic solutions that drive material outcomes.
  • Develop frameworks, governance models, and operating principles that enable responsible and scalable AI adoption.
  • Lead complex cross-functional programs from strategy through implementation, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies, vendors, and market trends to inform SoFi's long-term AI strategy.
  • Build executive-ready business cases and communicate AI strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Establish KPIs to measure AI adoption, operational improvements, and business value realization.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team as the AI Enterprise Transformation function grows.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience leading enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, consulting, enterprise architecture, or AI initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of modern AI technologies, including Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, AI platforms, and enterprise AI architectures.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs within complex organizations.
  • Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing decisions across multiple business and technology organizations.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology architecture, cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and software development practices.
  • Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes for executive audiences.
  • Exceptional executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
