About Us: An Internship at MFA Incorporated is your opportunity to support farmers and ranchers in our communities. We focus on whole-farm solutions through continuous learning and a collaborative team spirit. At MFA, team members are empowered to be strong customer partners and forward-thinking stewards of the land.

Why Our Internships Stand Out: MFA's Ag Experience is a full-time, 12-week, paid internship unique to your degree program and personal interests. You will be paired with a summer mentor who will direct, challenge, and teach you about our company and the Agronomy Research division, allowing you to gain valuable hands-on experience. Your mentor will outline a project for you to complete and present at the conclusion of the summer. Students from various accredited college campuses are invited to participate, which provides diverse collaborations and life-long connections. All duties and responsibilities should be completed in accordance with company policy.
