Lincoln Tech is seeking a Director of Admissions who will provide leadership in student recruitment, empower campus admission goals, and develop strong internal and external relationships onsite at our Indianapolis campus.
Responsibilities for a Director of Admissions
  • Oversee and develop a team of successful admissions representatives to recruit students to join our programs
  • Lead and cultivate an environment of teamwork, commitment, and ownership
  • Provide staff training, development, and mentorship
  • Direct the team to deliver company goals
  • Collect, analyze, and use data to improve recruitment efforts
  • Oversee the planning of events associated with recruitment and information for new and prospective students

Requirements for a Director of Admissions
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Management, Sales, Marketing, Business or Military Leadership
  • Proficiency with current technology
