Job description

Performs independent technical quality reviews of engineering deliverables. This position plays an important role in delivering a safe, high-quality, on-time hyperscale data center by coordinating with cross-functional teams throughout engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project closeout.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute assigned responsibilities in accordance with project objectives.
  • Collaborate daily with engineering, construction, procurement, QA/QC, commissioning, and client representatives.
  • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
  • Identify technical issues, evaluate alternatives, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Support project meetings and provide accurate progress updates.
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation supporting assigned work.
  • Coordinate activities to minimize schedule impacts and improve productivity.
  • Support commissioning, system turnover, and final project closeout.
  • Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Perform additional duties consistent with the needs of the project.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support planning and resource coordination.
  • Assist with process improvements.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 3–10+ years of relevant experience depending on role seniority.
  • Experience supporting industrial, EPC, mission-critical, or data center projects preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of industrial or mission-critical construction practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Work Environment

Combination of office and active construction site environments. May require walking active job sites, climbing stairs/ladders, use of PPE, and occasional overtime to support project milestones.

Reporting Relationship

Reports to the applicable Engineering Manager, Construction Manager, Project Controls Manager, or Project Director based on project organization.
