Introduction aux competences de base necessaires a la gestion d'une carriere professionnelle dans le milieu theatral. Developper un plan de carriere, gerer les aspects legaux et financiers du metier (budget, taxes, contrats, conventions collectives), rediger une demande de financement convaincante dans le domaine des arts.

Requirements:
1. Diplome de premier cycle ou d'etudes superieures en etudes theatrales ou diplome d'ecole professionnelle de theatre. 2. Cinq ans d'experience professionnelle en tant que directeur artistique ou administratif d'une compagnie de theatre, d'un festival ou d'un organisme educatif. 3. Experience d'enseignement au niveau universitaire ou conservatoire. 4. Connaissance approfondie de la gestion de carriere (creation de budget, negociation de conventions collectives, contrats d'interpretes, regles fiscales pour les artistes independants, redaction de subventions, autoproduction et connaissance actuelle des compagnies de theatre, associations et artistes canadiens).
