Are you a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Customer Support Centre Representative to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis.
As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by directing inquiries, coordinating service requests, and supporting branch operations. This position works Monday to Friday and includes occasional overnight on-call shifts each month.Job Description:
What You'll DoCustomer Support & Call Management
  • Answer and manage incoming customer calls in a high-volume environment.
  • Identify customer needs and connect them with the appropriate branch, department, or team member.
  • Provide professional, timely, and accurate customer service.
  • Handle sensitive and priority inquiries with discretion and professionalism.
Service Coordination
  • Gather customer information and service requirements.
  • Create and document service requests for branch follow-up and resolution.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are accurately recorded.
Chat & Digital Support
  • Respond to incoming customer chats and online inquiries.
  • Direct parts and service requests to the appropriate teams.
  • Collect key information and coordinate follow-up communication.
After-Hours Support
  • Participate in occasional overnight on-call rotations.
  • Monitor and respond to after-hours customer inquiries and urgent requests.

Operational & Administrative Support

What We're Looking ForQualifications
  • High School Diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service, call centre, receptionist, dispatch, or similar support role.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
