Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team in Savannah, TN. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and a strong commitment to person‑centered care.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to individuals in daily living activities, community engagement, and personal skill development
  • Promote independence, safety, and quality of life
  • Implement individualized support plans and follow agency policies
  • Assist with documentation, progress notes, and communication with supervisors 
    • Support individuals in community outings, appointments, and activities
    • Maintain a professional, respectful, and supportive environment at all times
