Salesforce Administrator

Seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) business by managing and enhancing Salesforce solutions that align with business needs and technology goals. This role will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical capabilities, supporting Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, Experience Cloud, and mobile/field applications.

The ideal candidate will have advanced Salesforce administration experience beyond basic user setup, including configuration, integrations, data management, production support, CI/CD pipeline maintenance, environment upgrades, and platform optimization. This role will collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, developers, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, customize, test, and support Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage user access, data integrity, and platform performance.
  • Support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools such as MuleSoft.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and manage technical enhancements.
  • Support Salesforce upgrades, release planning, and DevOps processes.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions.
  • Participate in Agile delivery practices and platform improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve functionality and integration issues.

MUST

8+years Salesforce Administrator & development skills

5+years in field sales, merchandising or DSD (Direct Store Delivery) solutions

Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce environment

12+months of Salesforce CG Cloud experience

CI/CD pipeline maintenance, upgrades, data monitoring
