  • Provide analysis, recommendations, and tactical insights to support the Senior Manager in campaign planning and program evolution
  • Develop donorโ€‘centric segmentation approaches that directly support both annual giving and midโ€‘level donor pipeline growth.
  • Support midโ€‘level donor program goals by generating targeted upgrade opportunities, lead referrals, and integrated touchpoints.
  • Manage vendors, creative development, production workflows, and campaign budgets.
  • Use donor insights, testing, and analytics to optimize messaging, targeting, and performance.
  • Partner with Communications on brandโ€‘aligned fundraising content.

Monthly Giving Program (25%)

  • Implement growth strategies for the monthly giving program, enhancing donor loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Develop acquisition and conversion campaigns, particularly from direct response channels.

  • Work with the event team to plan appropriate engagement events and attend these events to build relationships.
  • Develop partnerships with corporate, community, and peer networks interested in this property

Midโ€‘Level Donor Portfolio (20%)

  • Manage a portfolio of midโ€‘level donors and prospects, with emphasis on emerging donors aligned with any assigned program priorities.
  • Conduct individualized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
  • Prepare proposals, impact updates, and personalized communications.
  • Maintain accurate records and plans for donor interactions.
