Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.The Program Director - Residential provides strategic and day-to-day leadership for a residential substance use recovery program, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services that inspire hope and promote wellness. This role oversees program operations, clinical quality, and team performance while fostering a collaborative environment that supports both staff and the individuals we serve. Working with a high level of autonomy, the Program Director partners closely with regional leadership to strengthen outcomes and expand community impact.

Key Responsibilities- Provide overall leadership and administrative oversight of residential program operations and services
- Supervise, coach, and support a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality, coordinated care
- Oversee intake, assessment, treatment planning, discharge, and follow-up processes
- Monitor clinical documentation and service delivery to ensure quality, compliance, and effectiveness
- Facilitate clinical staffing and administrative meetings to promote communication and care coordination
- Maintain strong community partnerships through outreach, education, and referral relationships
- Ensure program census goals are met and services remain accessible to those who can benefit
- Support staff during crisis situations and provide guidance in complex cases
- Lead performance management processes, including evaluations and ongoing staff development
- Coordinate staff training and professional development opportunities
- Maintain accurate staff and program records in alignment with organizational standards
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise• Bachelor's (grandfathered staff only) or Master's degree required in social work, counseling, health, or a closely related field
• At least two (2) years' experience required in the provision of direct services related to substance abuse treatment, rehabilitation, and/ or family counseling.
• Experience in program administration preferred
• PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, PLP, LP required
• CADC, CRADC or CRAADC required (only grandfathered staff allowed to be credentialed not licensed)
