Dining room staff are employees responsible for providing service to guests in a restaurant or food service establishment’s dining area. Their roles may include greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, setting and clearing tables, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Common positions include servers, hosts, bussers, and sometimes supervisors or managers. Dining room staff play a key role in customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of restaurant operations.
