Highlights of the Dining Room Manager Position:

  • As the Dining Room Manager, you'll orchestrate the smooth operation of the dining area by meticulously organizing employee schedules. Moreover, you'll leverage your experience to effectively train new servers, instilling in them the values of exceptional service, etiquette, and resident engagement.
  • Responsible for the management, planning and directing the activities of the dietary department and managing/supervising dietary staff.
  • Responsible for food service standards, policies and procedures, equipment, systems, city and state regulations and work areas while providing the highest quality of food service for Residents.
  • Promotes the Companys mission statement.
