Server / Dining Room Associate – Day Shift (Part-Time)

Location: Senior Living Community

Position Type: Part-Time

Shift: 1st Shift / Day Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

Schedule: Includes rotating weekend coverage

Pay Rate: $12.50 – $14.00 / hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and attentive Part-Time Server to join our dining services team! In this role, you will deliver high-quality table service to our senior residents during breakfast and lunch, ensuring a warm, restaurant-style dining experience in a clean and comfortable setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dining Room Service: Greet residents warmly, take food and beverage orders accurately, and serve meals promptly during breakfast and lunch hours.
  • Meal Prep amp; Setup: Prepare dining tables, stock beverage and side stations, and ensure table settings are properly arranged before each meal service.
  • Resident Assistance: Assist residents with special dietary needs or menu preferences while maintaining a clean, safe, and pleasant environment.
  • Clean-Up amp; Sanitation: Clear tables, buss dishes, wipe down dining areas, and sanitize workstation areas following meal service.
  • Team Communication: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and care teams to ensure smooth service and address resident inquiries.
Qualifications amp; Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred (or currently enrolled).
  • Skills: Strong customer service, effective verbal communication, and ability to multi-task in a warm dining environment.
