As a Dietary Aide (Dining Services Associate) with Cascades of Stayton you’re responsible for creating a safe, comfortable and pleasant dining experience for our residents. In this role you’ll have the opportunity to build life-long relationships serving our residents the nutritious meals that keep them thriving every day.
What we look for in a Dietary Aide (Dining Services Associate):
Must possess current first aid certification and a current food handler’s or serve safe certification
Work with the dining room manager to identify dietary needs and develop appropriate dietary plans
Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time
Demonstrate active listening techniques, gain support by treating others with dignity and respect
Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
What you can expect to do as a Dietary Aide:
$15.55 - $17.55/hour
