Position Title: DIR, DINING SERVICES -University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma- CHICKASHA, OK 

Salary:  70,000-80,000

Job Summary

FRESH IDEAS is hiring an energetic and growth-minded DIRECTOR OF DINING SERVICES on the campus of University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma in CHICKASHA, OK .  In this operations role, you will manage and lead a team of employees and you will be responsible for managing the food service account, client relationships, and talent development.

Chickasha provides a slower pace of life with a lower cost of living than many larger cities, while still offering easy access to
Oklahoma City —about a 45-minute drive away—for bigger-city amenities, entertainment, and travel connections. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
  • Maintains excellent relationships with the client
  • Works with the Chef and management team in creating nutritious and top quality food for the students
  • Implements new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary teams
  • Acts as a liaison between the Company, Client, and the community

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS Hospitality degree preferred
  • Three to five years of foodservice management experience required
  • Dining experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Financial and business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills
