Qualifications
  • 2-3 years prior supervisory or management experience, prior hotel F&B experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other Team Members.
  • Excellent problem solving skillsย 
  • Strong associate relations skills, and good conflict resolutions skillsย 
  • Prior cash handling experienceย 
  • Experience with scheduling, payroll and labor managementย 
  • Experience with MICROS POS systemย 
  • Prior Serve Safe Certification preferredย 
  • TIPS or CARE CERTIFICATIONย 
  • CPR Certification preferredย 
  • Must be able to obtain a Hepatitis A within 10 days of hireย 
  • Able to work AM and PM Shifts
