NOW HIRING – EXPERIENCED SIGN INSTALLER Kaiser Sign Innovations is looking for a motivated, dependable, and experienced Sign Installer to join our growing team in Pueblo, Colorado. ⚠️ This is NOT an entry-level position. Sign industry experience is required. Job Responsibilities - Install Channel Letters, Cabinet Signs, Monument Signs, Pylon Signs, ADA Signs, and Wayfinding Signs - Install vinyl graphics, window graphics, wall graphics, and dimensional letters - Perform commercial vehicle wraps and fleet graphics - Conduct site surveys, take accurate field measurements, and complete survey reports - Read blueprints, shop drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation plans - Operate bucket trucks, boom lifts, scissor lifts, forklifts, and ladders safely - Perform basic electrical sign installation and LED troubleshooting - Maintain high-quality workmanship while following all safety procedures Qualifications ✅ Minimum 2 years of professional sign installation experience ✅ Experience with commercial vehicle wraps preferred ✅ Experience performing site surveys required ✅ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record ✅ Clean background required ✅ Able to lift 75+ lbs and work comfortably at heights ✅ Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented ✅ Strong work ethic with a positive attitude We Offer ✔ Competitive pay based on experience ✔ Full-time, year-round employment ✔ Opportunities for advancement ✔ Professional and supportive work environment Location: Pueblo, Colorado If you're an experienced sign professional looking for a long-term career with a growing company, we'd love to hear from you.
