XenTegra

Atlanta, GA

Full-time

Job description

This role is for the SE Region, based in Atlanta, GA. Only applicants who live in the area or who are willing to relocate will be considered.

ABOUT XENTEGRA

XenTegra is an influential partner in technology solutions, redefining the role of value-added resellers as a VAR 2.0 breaking the mold of the traditional models. We offer a comprehensive suite of IT Managed Services, Support, and advanced technology deployments, enriched by the strategic use of AI to enhance delivery and operational efficiency. Our solutions span Cloud Infrastructure, Virtual Workspaces, IT Service Management, Productivity Applications and Cybersecurity. Our mission is to engage, listen and deliver the right enterprise technologies, fostering a community of innovation and success for our clients and partners.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a results-driven Client Executive to own and grow a mid-market commercial territory across the Atlanta metro. This is an outside sales role for a seasoned technology consulting and managed services sales professional who thrives on building relationships, running complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and closing business that makes a real impact for clients. You'll be the face of XenTegra in your territory — partnering with channel partners, system integrators, and an internal deal team to deliver managed IT services, infrastructure, cloud, and digital workplace solutions. If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Key Responsibilities:

  • Territory Ownership & Growth

    • Be the face of XenTegra across the Atlanta territory, engaging in proactive, consultative selling with mid-market commercial accounts.
    • Own quota attainment and drive territory/account growth in an IT services, VAR, or MSP environment.
    • Build and execute account strategies and opportunity plans that advance complex, multi-stakeholder deal pursuits.

    Solution Selling

    • Gain in-depth knowledge of XenTegra's partners and solution portfolio, including managed IT services, infrastructure, cloud, and digital workplace offerings.
    • Position and sell solutions that address client business outcomes, not just technology specs.

    Partner & Client Relationships

    • Foster and maintain key relationships with channel partners, system integrators, and other external partners.
    • Collaborate with inside sales, sales engineers, consultants, and sales specialists to run a coordinated deal team.

    Forecasting & Sales Operations

    • Provide accurate forecasts and timely pipeline updates in Salesforce.com for management and team visibility.
    • Maintain CRM hygiene throughout the sales cycle to support accurate reporting.

    Territory Marketing & Travel

    • Coordinate with the XenTegra Marketing team to develop and implement a comprehensive territory marketing plan.
    • Willingness to travel regionally within the Boston territory for in-person client and partner meetings.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Must-Have Requirements

    • 10+ years of experience in Technology Consulting, Professional Services, and Managed Services sales.
    • Proven quota attainment and territory/account growth in the mid-market commercial segment (IT services, VAR, or MSP environment).
    • Strong grasp of managed IT services, infrastructure, cloud, and digital workplace solutions.
    • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and deal-pursuit strategy.
    • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Dynamics, ConnectWise, ServiceNow, or similar).

    Nice-to-Have

    • Existing channel partner/OEM relationships.
    • Familiarity with security compliance standards.
    • Hardware/infrastructure consulting background.

COMPENSATION

Competitive base plus uncapped commission, aligned to quota attainment and territory growth.

WHY XENTEGRA? BENEFITS & PERKS

We take care of our people. Here is what you can expect as a full-time XenTegra team member:

✓ Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance

✓ Pet Insurance

✓ Company-Paid Life Insurance

✓ Wellness & Mental Health Benefits

✓ 401(k) with Company Match

✓ Paid Time Off + Holidays

✓ Professional Development Support

✓ Remote/Hybrid Flexibility

✓ EAP (Employee Assistance Program)

✓ XenTegra Cares Community Program

OUR CULTURE

At XenTegra, we believe great work starts with great people. We set clear priorities, communicate openly, and hold ourselves to a high standard -- without losing sight of the people behind the work. We grow our team from within, celebrate wins, and create space for every person to push past their own expectations. Outside of work, our XenTegra Cares program keeps us connected to the communities that matter to us.

COMMITMENT TO INCLUSION

At XenTegra, we believe in a skills-first approach to recruitment and employment. This means focusing on what you can do and how you can grow, rather than traditional metrics alone. We are committed to adhering to anti-exclusion practices, removing barriers to access, and enhancing opportunities for all individuals based on merit and potential.

Your skills, experiences, and perspective are valuable — and we want to empower you to make your mark here with us.

XenTegra is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
