Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Electrical Field Engineer to join our team and lead electrical system installation, testing, and commissioning on large-scale construction projects. Responsibilities

  • Oversee electrical installation activities on construction sites, ensuring compliance with design specifications, schematics, and safety standards such as NEC (National Electrical Code).
  • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to schedule work phases and ensure timely completion of electrical tasks.
  • Review blueprints, system design documents, and schematics to verify accuracy before installation begins.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 and Construction estimating software.
  • Manage electrical system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting to ensure operational efficiency and safety.

  • Assist in procurement processes by evaluating bids using HeavyBid or similar construction estimating tools; support contract negotiations related to electrical scope of work.
