Job Summary

The Digital Projects Coordinator II will support coordination and tracking of digital project requests and the progress of deliverables, as well as communicating the status of project activities in support of project managers. This role will help ensure effective organization, visibility, and follow-through across multiple initiatives, supporting timely execution and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Digital Project Leaders/Managers in maintaining project tracking tools and project related documentation
  • Coordinate the tracking of new project requests, prioritization decisions, the status of delivery
  • Monitor project progress and follow up with stakeholders to ensure activities remain on track
  • Support communication and reporting of project statuses and milestones through relevant communication channels (e.g. GCS communications)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; candidates with relevant experience may be considered.
  • 3+ years of experience in a related field; candidates without a degree should have 6+ years of relevant experience.
