Youโ€™ll put your expertise and problem solving skills to work every day, tackling a wide scope of responsibilities for medium and large scale clients. Good instinct for identifying risks is vital, and a curious, collaborative attitude is ideal.

As a Senior Project Manager you are expected to bring your ideas to the table and provide suggestions to continuously improve project management processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Scope and estimate budget and schedule for new work
  • Provide clear and timely status reports to both internal and external stakeholders

  • Sign-off of various deliverables (e.g.: roadmaps, designs, requirements, launch approvals) to ensure quality standards are being met.
  • Appropriate Resource Management in collaboration with fellow PMs, ADs, and the Director of Delivery.
  • Stakeholder Communication (clear scope and expectation management)
  • Risk Management (documentation and mitigation strategies). Identify and manage project issues and risks in a professional and efficient manner
  • Work closely with clients or Account Directors to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for strategic growth of the account
  • Champion continuous improvement by documenting project learnings, evolving PM processes accordingly, and ensuring team-wide awareness and adoption
  • When managing an SLA without an Account Director the following responsibilities will fall on the Project Manager
    • Invoicing
    • Reporting Missing Revenue
  • Work closely with Product owners to ensure the scope roadmap adheres to the budget and schedule.
  • Foster an environment of transparency for the project team by ensuring all information is shared and accessible to all team members at any project stage
  • Ability to demonstrate Reason Oneโ€™s core values day to day
  • Participation in our B Corp mandate to improve our social and environmental impact through initiatives such as volunteering
Our must haves
  • 5+ years of digital project management experience in a digital agency
  • Agile methodology experience and/or scrum training
  • Clear and assertive written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines effectively
  • Strong organization skills
