We are seeking an experienced Project / Program Manager to drive software application development projects within our digital applications group. In this hybrid role based in Phoenix, AZ, you will lead end-to-end program execution, streamline Agile delivery processes, and bridge communication between key customer stakeholders and technical teams.

responsibilities:
  • Manage full lifecycle delivery of application development projects, ensuring target deadlines, scope, and quality parameters are met.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and foster continuous alignment across global onsite and offshore team members.
  • Lead daily Agile ceremonies, drive project governance, and maintain comprehensive risk and dependency tracking.
  • Deliver regular status updates, performance metrics, and actionable reports to client stakeholders and leadership.

qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS


5+ years of dedicated Project/Program Management experience within IT application delivery environments.


Hands-on expertise in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and project governance.


Proven background managing complex customer relationships, stakeholder expectations, and team escalations.


Ability to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ at least 3 days per week starting on Day 1.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


PMP or CSM certification highly preferred.


Prior experience coordinating global, multi-time-zone delivery teams.
