Job Summary:
The Digital Press Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Canon, Zeikon, and Komoridigital presses to produce vibrant, high-quality printed materials that meet exacting customer specifications. This role requires technical precision, color accuracy, and a passion for digital print innovation. The operator monitors print quality, registration, and consistency throughout each job, making adjustments to achieve flawless results. What You'll Do:
  • Operate high-quality digital printing presses to meet customer specifications.
  • Monitor print runs to ensure consistent color, registration, and image quality.
  • Interpret layouts, check paper stock, and assist in overall press setup (sheet size, coating, blankets, etc.).
  • Refill and adjust paper trays to maintain efficient production flow.
  • Load substrates onto the press and accurately record production data.
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and cleaning on press equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and adjust as needed to ensure top-quality output.
  • Conduct quality checks throughout each run and present finished samples for approval.
