Description for Screen Press Operator:
  • Independently set up and operate semi-automatic graphic (non-textile) screen printing presses.
  • Inspect printing quality continuously to verify registration alignment and color consistency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve active printing faults by making precise press mechanical adjustments.
  • Work safely with specialty inks, processing chemicals, and advanced plastic-based substrates.
  • Operate automated UV curing machinery to ensure correct ink adhesion and product durability.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary company data and follow all plant safety standards.
