The Opportunity
As a Strategic Sourcing & Value Capture Consultant, Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing sourcing and procurement processes to drive cost savings, enhance supplier collaboration, and bolster supply chain resilience. Within our Operations practice, you will work closely with clients to analyze sourcing strategies, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and develop strategies to improve procurement efficiency and effectiveness. You will provide guidance on implementing strategic sourcing frameworks, supplier relationship management, and digital procurement solutions.
As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing and sustaining high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. In this role at PwC, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages, apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and validate outcomes with clients. Your ability to navigate complexity and demonstrate composure through challenging situations will contribute to the success of our firm.
Responsibilities
- Leading strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize procurement processes and drive cost savings
- Collaborating with clients to analyze sourcing strategies and identify opportunities for supplier optimization

- Managing supplier relationships and fostering collaboration to strengthen supply chain resilience
- Utilizing procurement software such as SAP Ariba and Coupa to streamline procurement operations
- Conducting spend analysis to identify cost reduction opportunities and improve procurement performance
- Overseeing contract negotiations and confirming contractual compliance
- Providing guidance on digital procurement solutions and strategic sourcing frameworks
- Coaching and mentoring teams to solve complex procurement challenges
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within procurement processes
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Design/Multimedia, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Project/Technology Management, Science
- At least one of the following: Certified Supply Chain Management Professional (CSCMP), American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), Institute for Supply Management (ISM)

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
