Your Opportunity
Our Edmonton, Calgary or Vancouver office is looking for a 8 month Co-op or Intern to join the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team from January to August 2027 and own the following responsibilities:
Prepare pitch-books and presentation documents in connection with business development initiatives
Perform market, industry and company research supporting live engagements
Prepare lists of potential buyers and acquisition targets
Assist with drafting of marketing documentation (i.e. Confidential Information Memorandums)
Assist with various financial analysis as required including financial modelling and comparable company analyses; and
Participate in due diligence processes.

- You are enrolled in a post-secondary business program with an emphasis in accounting or finance
- You have a strong interest in Mergers and Acquisitions

- You have a strong aptitude for Microsoft Excel
