The Wealth Intern provides vital support to the advisory team while gaining hands-on experience in wealth management operations. This position focuses on supporting the Wealth Associate and Wealth Manager through project-based work, administrative tasks, and operational assistance. The Wealth Intern serves as a flexible team resource, contributing to various initiatives while developing professional skills in financial services. This role offers valuable learning opportunities in client service, data management, and team collaboration within a dynamic wealth management environment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES QUALIFICATIONS

  • Support the Wealth Associate with daily operational tasks and project completion
  • Complete assigned projects related to client service, data analysis, operations improvement, or team initiatives
  • Assist with data entry and maintenance across CRM and technology platforms
  • Help prepare materials and documents for client meetings and presentations
  • Research financial planning topics, market trends, or operational best practices as requested
  • Help organize and maintain digital filing systems and documentation
  • Shadow team members to learn about wealth management operations and client service delivery
  • Take on special projects and ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by the Wealth Associate or Wealth Manager
  • Support firmwide initiatives that align with Be Wealth's Strategic Plan
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client and team interactions
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed an associate's or bachelor's degree
  • Interest in financial services, wealth management, or client service careers
