With advanced sheetfed, web, mailing, data, fulfillment, large format, digital press capabilities - plus New England's largest bindery/finishing operation - we're proud of our history and excited about our future. Now, we're looking for skilled Customer Service Representatives to join our growing production team.Machine Operator
The Machine Operator performs a variety of duties involving the setup, operation, and monitoring of automated production equipment in accordance with work instructions and quality standards. This role ensures efficient production output while maintaining safety, accuracy, and operational excellence within our print manufacturing facility.What You'll Do:
  • Review production schedules, process procedures, and specifications to ensure proper sequential start-up and operation of automated equipment and peripheral hardware.
  • Set up and operate machinery according to work instructions and job requirements.
  • Perform machine adjustments to maintain quality standards and production efficiency.
  • Operate equipment at established productivity targets.
  • Adhere to quality assurance specifications and color standards; communicate any issues or variances to the Press Supervisor.
  • Perform routine cleaning and minor machine maintenance.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area throughout the shift.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow detailed work instructions.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Desire to grow into a long-term manufacturing career.
  • Ability to stand for the entire shift.

Physical Requirements:
  • Walking 50% | Standing 50% | Lifting, pushing, pulling or carrying 25-50 lbs. and more. | Ability to stand for extended periods. | Safely move materials weighing 500-750 lbs.| Using manual pallet trucks|
  • Ability to lift, move, and position materials throughout the workday and safely operate warehouse equipment for extended periods.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of materials

The Details:
Job Type: Full Time (Off shift only)
Shifts Available: 2nd Shift 4:00pm-12:00am (12% differential) & 3rd shift 12:00am-8:00am (15% differential)
