POSITION OVERVIEW
ART INC is seeking qualified independent contractors to serve as Marketing & Digital Support Specialists to assist with marketing initiatives, digital communications, content creation, community engagement, fundraising support, and brand promotion across ART INC programs and initiatives.
The Marketing & Digital Support Specialist advances ART INC's mission by supporting strategic marketing efforts, increasing community awareness, strengthening donor and partner engagement, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across digital and print platforms. Contractors will work collaboratively with the Marketing Department, Development Team, and program leadership to promote ART INC programs, events, services, and community impact. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is part of ART INC's competitive procurement process and contractor selection procedures.
SCOPE OF SERVICES & RESPONSIBILITIES BEING SOLICITED
MARKETING & DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS
  • Develop and schedule engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Assist with social media management, including posting, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries as directed.
  • Create graphics, flyers, digital advertisements, newsletters, and promotional materials consistent with ART INC branding standards.
  • Capture photography and video content during programs, workshops, community events, and special initiatives.
  • Assist with website content updates and digital communications.
  • Maintain ART INC's marketing calendar and support campaign implementation.
  • Monitor marketing analytics and prepare engagement reports.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and community announcements.
  • Support media outreach and public relations initiatives.

DEVELOPMENT & COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
  • Assist with fundraising campaigns and donor engagement initiatives.
  • Support sponsorship outreach and community partnership activities.
  • Assist with donor acknowledgments, stewardship communications, and event promotions.
  • Represent ART INC at community outreach events, networking opportunities, and public engagement activities.
  • Promote ART INC programs through community presentations, outreach efforts, and digital campaigns.
  • Assist with volunteer recruitment and community engagement initiatives.

EVENT MARKETING & PROMOTIONS
  • Develop promotional materials for ART INC programs and special events.
  • Assist with event registration, marketing campaigns, and community outreach.
  • Support event photography, videography, and live social media coverage.
  • Coordinate marketing materials, signage, displays, and promotional giveaways.
  • Assist with event setup, guest engagement, and post-event marketing.

CONTENT CREATION & BRAND MANAGEMENT
  • Maintain consistency with ART INC branding standards and messaging.
  • Develop compelling stories highlighting participant success, community impact, and organizational accomplishments.
  • Assist in creating brochures, annual reports, presentations, grant support materials, and promotional videos.
  • Ensure all published content aligns with ART INC's mission, vision, and values.

ADMINISTRATIVE & PROJECT SUPPORT
  • Maintain organized digital marketing files and photo libraries.
  • Assist with project coordination, timelines, and marketing requests.
  • Complete assigned administrative tasks supporting marketing and development operations.
  • Collaborate with program staff to gather information for promotional campaigns.
  • Participate in marketing meetings and planning sessions.
  • Submit weekly activity updates and project progress reports.

CONTRACT TERM

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Additional Requirements
  • Must be at least twenty-four (24) years of age in accordance with ART INC vehicle insurance requirements

  • Ability to pass a background check prior to engagement
