Legend Seeds and YieldMaster Solutions are seeking a strategic, creative, and agriculture-focused marketing professional to bridge the gap between the field and the marketplace. The Brand Experience and Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for transforming agronomic insights, customer experiences, and market intelligence into compelling marketing strategies and content that strengthens both brands.


This individual will spend significant time traveling throughout our dealer network, research plots, and industry events gathering firsthand market intelligence, documenting real-world stories, and identifying emerging opportunities. They will combine analytical thinking with exceptional visual storytelling skills to produce impactful photography, videography, and marketing campaigns that resonate with dealers and growers.


The ideal candidate is equally comfortable walking a soybean field, interviewing a grower, flying a drone, presenting marketing recommendations, and helping execute a major company event.


Role Responsibilities:

Field Marketing & Market Intelligence

  • Serve as the marketing department's primary connection to the field by regularly traveling with sales, agronomy, and leadership teams. 
  • Gather competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and market trends to help guide strategic marketing decisions. 
  • Monitor dealer and grower needs to identify emerging opportunities and unmet market demands. 
  • Evaluate campaign performance alongside field observations to improve future marketing initiatives. 
  • Develop reports and recommendations that influence marketing strategy and product positioning.      
  • Collaborate with product management, agronomy, and sales leadership to ensure marketing efforts reflect real-world customer needs. 
  • Help identify customer success stories, testimonials, and product performance opportunities. 

Content Strategy & Creative Production

  • Develop and execute annual field content plans aligned with product launches and seasonal marketing initiatives. 
  • Capture professional photography and cinematic video throughout the growing season.

Required Skillsets:

· Minimum 5 years of professional marketing experience, preferably within agriculture.
