What You'll Do - You'll Make the Moment
  • Digital Commerce Strategy
    • Lead the performance and growth of digital commerce channels.
    • Develop and execute business strategies that support sales, profitability, customer engagement, and operational objectives.
    • Establish key performance indicators and monitor business results.
    • Identify opportunities to improve digital commerce performance and customer experience.
  • Digital Merchandising & Content
    • Oversee digital merchandising, product content, and online presentation to support business goals.
    • Ensure a consistent and compelling customer experience across digital channels.
    • Partner with marketing and other business teams to support promotions, campaigns, and product initiatives.
    • Monitor customer and business trends and recommend improvements
  • Business & Operational Management
    • Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability, and operational effectiveness.
    • Partner with stakeholders to support planning, forecasting, inventory management, and business initiatives.
    • Monitor performance metrics and develop action plans to achieve business objectives.
    • Support development and implementation of process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
    • Lead, develop, and coach team members to achieve business and professional goals.
    • Foster collaboration across internal and external business partners.
    • Support organizational change, continuous improvement, and talent development initiatives.
    • Communicate business priorities, results, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, Ecommerce, Merchandising, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital commerce, retail, merchandising, marketing, or related business functions.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Experience managing business performance, financial results, or operational processes.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of digital commerce, retail operations, merchandising, and customer experience principles.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into business actions.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Experience working with digital commerce platforms, reporting tools, and business systems preferred.
  • Standard office environment with extended computer-based work.
  • May require periodic travel to stores, offices, vendor locations, distribution centers or project-related meetings.
  • May require occasional support outside standard business hours during major system upgrades, peak seasonal periods, promotional launches or business-critical issue resolution.
