We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join a fast-paced web retail design team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity and user experience of online retail platforms. Your expertise will ensure that every visual asset is meticulously crafted, brand-aligned, and optimized for the web, directly influencing customer engagement and satisfaction. What you will do:
  • Create and refine web-ready assets using industry-standard design tools.
  • Colorize, mask, outline, and overlay product images with precision.
  • Produce sprites, size chart images, and other essential digital retail assets.
  • Export images meticulously according to development specifications.
  • Execute UX updates for existing screens, adhering to established design patterns.
  • Maintain unwavering accuracy and visual consistency across multiple projects.
  • Collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and business stakeholders to bring visions to life.
  • Utilize basic coding or scripting skills to enhance image production workflows.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • 2-4+ years minimum experience in a web production environment.
  • Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills.
  • Experience with Figma and established design systems.
  • Experience with image masking, outlines, overlays, and production asset creation.
  • Comfort with basic coding, scripting, or technical image workflows.
  • Strong typography and visual design skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Online portfolio demonstrating relevant digital production work.
  • Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent professional experience.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Retail, ecommerce, or merchandising design experience.
  • Experience creating interactive prototypes in Figma.
  • Experience with ImageMagick or similar image processing tools.
  • Experience producing sprites and size chart graphics.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools used in creative workflows.
