The Opportunity

You’ll be an integral part of our Wellness program in Research & Development, focused on delivering innovative wellness solutions to our customers. Our team operates on a global scale, driving innovation and excellence across diverse areas of expertise. As a Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in high‑impact initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving impactful outcomes.

The Team

You’ll be an integral part of our Wellness Team, which operates at a global scale and partners closely with leadership and business stakeholders to deliver complex initiatives that support MassMutual’s strategy.

The Impact

As a Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in high‑visibility initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving impactful outcomes. This is a high‑visibility position that requires collaboration across diverse teams and strong delivery leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project leadership focused on engaging others in the delivery and execution of service deliverables and technology solutions
  • Demonstrate a solid grasp of delivering technology solutions
  • Work with cross-functional business and technology teams
  • Assess a project’s scope and the team’s ability to execute
  • Drill down from big‑picture strategy to detailed execution
  • Communicate objectives, plans, status, and results clearly
  • Provide solution recommendations and engage in problem solving
  • Collaborate across diverse teams and organizations
  • Apply strong organizational and communication skills
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience managing medium‑to‑complex projects
  • 2+ years of experience managing technology projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP Ceritication or similar
