Job Summary:

  • Working under the direction of the Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing & Web Specialist is responsible for managing and growing Mi-T-M's online presence through website management, social media, digital advertising, and other digital marketing initiatives. This position combines digital marketing strategy and execution with hands-on creative development to help increase brand awareness, customer engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.
  • The Digital Marketing & Web Specialist works closely with the Marketing Manager, channel sales managers, product development teams and other members of the marketing team to develop and maintain digital content, execute campaigns, monitor performance, and continually improve Mi-T-M's digital presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages day-to-day updates and maintenance of the Mi-T-M website, including product information, page content, images, promotions, resources, and other digital content.
  • Collaborates with the Online and Storefront Channel Sales team to coordinate digital content, product information, promotions, and other marketing efforts across customer online platforms.
  • Coordinates website updates and works with internal teams and external partners to make sure content is accurate, current, organized, and optimized for the user experience.
  • Supports ongoing website development, improvements, and optimization based on business needs, analytics, user behavior, and SEO best practices.
  • Develops and executes digital marketing campaigns aligned with overall business and marketing goals.
  • Creates digital advertising creative, including display ads, paid social ads, search campaign assets, website graphics, and other digital promotional materials.
  • Manages company social media platforms, including content planning, creative development, scheduling, publishing, community engagement, and paid advertising.
  • Coordinates digital content calendars and timelines across the website, social media, digital advertising, email, and other online platforms to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and timely execution.
  • Monitors and analyzes website, social media, advertising, and other digital marketing performance metrics and provides recommendations for improvement.
  • Uses digital analytics, reporting tools, and market research to identify trends, evaluate campaign effectiveness, monitor competitors and industry activity, and provide recommendations for digital marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborates with the Marketing Manager, channel sales managers, product development team, and other internal teams to develop campaigns and determine appropriate digital channels.
  • Ensures digital content follows Mi-T-M brand standards, messaging, and creative guidelines.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, social media, advertising, graphic design, or a related field.
  • Experience managing and updating website content through a CMS.
  • Experience creating digital advertising and social media creative.
  • Working knowledge of website analytics, SEO principles, paid digital advertising, and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with other design software is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
