Job requirements

Experience Range: With at least 7 years of experience leading enterprise architecture, cloud transformation, and application modernization initiatives, including substantial hands-on expertise with AWS solutions and Agentic AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Define and govern enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and reference architectures to support digital transformation and modernization initiatives across cloud and AI domains.
  • 2. Lead end-to-end AWS cloud migration projects, including designing landing zones, developing migration strategies (re-host, re-platform, re-factor), and implementing hybrid cloud architectures ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
  • 3. Architect and drive application modernization from monolithic to microservices architectures, leveraging API-first and cloud-native patterns and integrating AI-driven tools for code analysis and automation.
  • 4. Design, implement, and optimize multi-tenant SaaS platforms and integration architectures, including APIs, middleware, and event streaming solutions to enable scalable, reliable services.
  • 5. Provide technical leadership across engineering teams, promoting adoption of modern engineering practices, microservices, event-driven architecture, and CI/CD pipelines using AWS-native tools.
  • 6. Establish and enforce architecture governance for security, compliance, and risk management, implementing Infrastructure-as-Code, DevSecOps, and observability best practices.
  • 7. Collaborate with C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align technology strategy with business objectives, leading architecture workshops and ensuring stakeholder buy-in.
  • 8. Mentor and guide delivery teams, conducting design reviews, technical assessments, and ensuring successful execution of transformation programs.
Preferred Skills
  • 1. Experience with GenAI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or OpenAI APIs.
  • 2. Exposure to AI-assisted engineering tools including GitHub Copilot, Gemini, Claude Code, and VS Code.
  • 3. Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
  • 4. Knowledge of data engineering, analytics, and MLOps/AIOps frameworks.
  • 5. Experience with SaaS operating models and multi-tenant platform design.
  • 6. Familiarity with AI workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Databricks, Airflow, Temporal, Opty).
Desired Qualifications
  • 1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • 2. AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Professional Architect certification.
  • 3. TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification.
